Ava-Rebekah Rahman
Honouring the path of feminine mysticism of music and arts - internationally acclaimed violinist and artistic director Ava-Rebekah Rahman notes a journey steeped in creative and embodied enchantment.
A practitioner of the feminine arts, whether performing on stage, or offering healing sessions, sound journeys and retreats, Ava is devoted to guiding clients and audiences towards personal liberation, love, and creative wholeness.
Ava-Rebekah started playing violin at just 4 years old. At 10, she performed Mozart Concerto with the NCO, and at 11 she attended the Conservatoire at the Royal Northern College of Music, studying intensively with Leland Chen and continuing her education with Lewis Kaplan at Juilliard and Mannes in New York. She studied ‘ Neue Musik’ at Folkwang in Germany and Ethnomusicology.
In the years since, Ava’s gift, passion and precision, have taken her to unique creative projects, performing to audiences reaching 80,000 in capacity, and winning the affection of fans and critics alike.
She has graced the stages of venues, such as New York’s Carnegie Hall, Germany’s Köln Philharmonic, Korea’s Seoul Arts Center, The Oslo Opera House, and London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.. Ava has also worked with a plethora of renowned musicians, including Markus Stockhausen, Kronos Quartet, Wolf Hoffmann, and Debasish Bhattacharjee.
In 2022, Ava launched GoddessMusic, a creative body of work committed to music and our humanity. The project illuminated the phenomenology and fundamentals of music, tone and harmony, and introduced their outstanding effects on the human psyche and being.
Ava ultimately went on to become founder and artistic director of her own music festival in Germany, called ‘Eifel Musik und Kunst’. The festival had themes such as ‘Home and The World’, and ‘The Seven Veils Of Music’, where she curated concerts and events connecting art and mysticism. ‘Eifel Musik und Kunst’ offered a portal of transformation, presenting a deeply thought-provoking, beautiful, embodied human route, towards dissolving boundaries and catalysing new listening perceptions and inner exploration.
As a certified master practitioner in Shamanic Energy Medicine, Ava-Rebekah brings about a gentle yet profound way to restore clients natural harmony, reconnection, renewal of vitality and alignment with purpose.
She achieved her certification through The Four Winds Society, a platform uniting ancient shamanic wisdom with modern science, and gained advanced training in soul retrieval, illumination, extractions and ancestral healing.
Having trained and initiated in both Vamachara Tantra and the Q’ero lineage of Andean shamanism, with an additional diploma from the science, magic and alchemy-fusing Biomancy University, and certification as a Soul/End-Of-Life Doula, Ava is a clear voice amidst the feminine arts.
She lives a significant and deeply authentic gnosis, thanks to her own Bengali lineage, and has been on the tantric path to feminine awakening for over 30 years. Intertwining all aspects of mysticism of music, dance, and sacred sexuality.
She is committed to facilitating spaces, within which sound, energy medicine, and embodiment, become clear pathways towards healing, self sovereignty and liberation.
She offers one-to-one healing sessions, sound journeys, ceremonial concerts, and retreats.
Together with her celebration in the field of performance, Ava-Rebekkah’s dedication to feminine mysticism of music, art projects, sound healing, Shamanic Energy Medicine sessions and Tantra, resounds as a lifelong passion.
Her multi-genre background is naturally reflected in her confidence and charm as a warm and compassionate guide.
Her North Star is to find and create portals for beauty, liberation, healing and art as love, and this shines brightly throughout her music, her group work, and her private sessions.
